We need a good influx of Immigrants for our Economy because they fill the need for Low-Level Processes.

They don't value their Labor as highly as people born in America.

We should be shooting for Middle and High Level Processes.

When Immigrants acclimatize and smarten up, they start wanting those Middle and High Level Processes too, but people just coming in and getting vetted to our Systems are great for the Low-Level Processes that we don't want to do anyway.

I would suggest, if you hate Wage Slavery, then be the change you want to see in the World. Start a Labor Allocation Company that organizes, places, and protects People that work in Low-Level Processes, and can help them rise to Middle and High-Level Processes when they are ready.

Low-Level Processes are supposed to be Transient Jobs, because it is unhealthy for various reasons to stay in those positions, and Advancement should always be in the Worker's Mind.

The fact that you are having so much trouble with Resumes and Education means you don't have a Robust Support System like that.

When a Capitalist Company handles all their own HR through Vertical Integration, that's when you get things like Wage Slavery and the kind of Employee Abuse that suggests a need for a Union. I don't imagine such a Company would have a problem outsourcing their HR Needs to a 3rd Party Staffing Service. It would take the Pressure off their own Systems in many ways. Companies are always looking for ways to hack their numbers for greater Industrial Efficiency.

Industrial Efficiency means more Profits and more Growth from Improved Organization.
